奶油南瓜汤

奶油南瓜汤 (Butternut Squash Soup)

食材 (Ingredients)

奶油瓜 (butternut squash), 1个约 4磅 (lb)

胡萝卜 (carrot), 1根

白洋葱 (onion), 1个

水 (water), 8杯 (cup)

白脱奶油 (Butter), 2大勺 (tbsp)

盐 (salt), 1大勺 (tbsp)

鲜奶油 (cream 10%), 半杯 (cup)

欧芹 (fresh parsley), 少许

做法 (Instructions)

A. 奶油瓜去皮去瓤,切成1寸见方的块;胡萝卜和洋葱切小粒;

B. 热锅放白脱融化,加洋葱中火煸5分钟至软;加胡萝卜粒,中火炒2分钟;

C. 加奶油瓜块和8杯开水,大火煮开后转中小火煲20分钟;

D. 用手动搅拌器把汤打成细腻的浓汤;加奶油煮开,加盐调味。喝汤时撒新鲜的欧芹碎。
